Vacation Rental Cleaning

Effective communication: As a local, small business, you an ensure needs and instructions aren’t lost in translation in chain of command. You will be communicating with the owners of the company directly.
On-site laundry: We typically wash all linens and towels on-site. This ensures that all the linens you purchased will be the ones used on your property! We can also address any stains or damage to linens and towels immediately and notify you of any permanent damage so you can purchase any necessary replacements.
Staging and stocking: We make sure each guest has what they need to make their stay memorable. We are happy to accommodate specific requests regarding welcome gifts, toiletries, or other amenities.

Wash/dry all dishes and put away
Unload the dishwasher
Clean interior and exterior fridge, freezer, and microwave
Clean stove, check oven
Clean counters, backsplash, sink, and faucet
Clean kitchen table and chairs
Wash and replace dish towel/kitchen towels
Restock paper towels, napkins, coffee/coffee supplies, snacks (where applicable)
Sweep/vacuum and mop floors
Empty trash and replace liner

Wash and replace all towels and bath mats
Clean counters and sinks
Polish mirrors and glass shower doors
Clean toilet inside and out
Clean showers and tubs
Restock toiletries: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, etc.
Sweep/vacuum and mop floors
Empty trash and replace liner
